How the CIBTM PR Team can assist you
The CIBTM Press Team are dedicated to helping you source all the media information you need about the event. Visit the Press Office and you will find the latest event information and news including:
- The best interview opportunities, not only with CIBTM spokespeople, but also with guest speakers, exhibitors and visitors
- Keeping you up to date with the latest CIBTM news in the form of press release, news snippets and media alerts
- Supplying case studies for any features that you may be writing
- Supplying any images that you need to accompany articles from portraits of interviewees to images from last year's event
As well as a comprehensive service off site, we are based on site at the exhibition as well, and are happy to provide you with:
- An on-site Press Office that includes a press working and hospitality area containing PC workstations with internet access and printers. There is also an exhibitor press pack display area, press conference room, interview room and refreshment area.
- Any interviews that you require during the show, including exhibitors, visitors and organizers as well as meetings with our guest speakers
- A comprehensive media diary of events so that you can plan your diary and make sure you don't miss any exhibitor or CIBTM events
Press Facilities On-site
Full press facilities will be available on-site at CIBTM. The press office will contain PC workstations with internet access and printers, exhibitor press pack display area and refreshments.
World's Meeting Press Supports CIBTM
Titles from around the world follow stories about CIBTM. News released to these titles is reproduced in print and online building significant awareness of the event on a regular basis.
