Step 2 – Application
Register your interest in attending ibtm china 2017 as a Hosted Buyer.
Step 3 – Selection Process
If your application is successful, you will be invited to attend and asked to select exhibitors with whom you wish to schedule appointments. You will be asked to rank your selections in order of preference.
Step 4 – Matching Process
The dedicated team will then match the preferences to generate each personalised diary. The matching process is based on:
1. Mutual request
2. Hosted Buyer preferences
Pre-scheduled appointment match will take place: Date to be confirmed
Step 5 – Self Scheduled Appointments
Once the Matching Process is complete, you will be given access to view your appointments in your online diary. The online diary will stay open for approximately 10 days. During this time, you can use the online diary to contact suppliers to arrange Self Scheduled Appointments. After this period, the online diary will no longer be accesible to users to make any amends.
Self scheduled appointments will close: Date to be confirmed
Step 6 - Appointment Rating
The appointment rating tool gives you the opportunity to let us know how you found the pre-scheduled meetings.
This tool will be made available in the Hosted Buyer Zone: Date to be confirmed
Please note: Hosted Buyers are obliged to attend all pre-arranged appointments.
