CIBTM provides Hosted Buyers and exhibitors with the opportunity to confirm a maximum of 40 Pre-Scheduled Appointments (PSA) across 3 days of the event.
CIBTM Pre-Scheduled Appointments offer you the following:
- Up to 40 Pre-Scheduled Appointments over a three-day period
- Appointments arranged and organised in advance by the Hosted Buyer
- Approx 20 minutes for each one on one meeting
- Personalised diary before the show

The Pre-Scheduled Appointment Process
Step 1 - Acquiring Information
Hosted Buyers receive login information to access their personal Hosted Buyer Zone. Here they can search for and view Exhibitor information, then either email those Exhibitors for further information or make direct appointments with them. The PSA system would is available for Hosted Buyers five or six weeks before the show.
Step 2 – Selection Process
Hosted Buyers are asked to attend 8 Pre-Scheduled Appointments per day of attendance. They can search for and select the Exhibitors they would most like to meet and choose a preferred time slot. The meeting requests are automatically accepted.
Step 3 – Personalised Diary
The CIBTM Pre-Scheduled Appointment system will close five days before the show in order to create a diary PDF. Hosted Buyers can still check and print their diary via their Hosted Buyer Zone.
