Without enough time in the day as it is, we aim to ensure that the days you spend at CIBTM provide you with the most effective use of your time. Facilitated by a face-to-face appointment system, the Hosted Buyer Programme offers a highly effective way to meet with the exhibitors of your choice.
- Hosted Buyers are required to commit to attend 8 appointments with exhibitors for each day that they attend CIBTM.
- Each appointment last 20 minutes and enables buyers to meet with hotels, venues, destinations, technology providers and suppliers and to discuss requirements for their next events.
- Appointments are the buyers choice! Each 20 minute appointment is arranged and organised in advance by the Hosted Buyer.
- Just before the exhibition Hosted Buyers will receive a summary of their personalised diary to remind them of their appointments. Their diary can also be viewed at any time online.
- As well as the appointments with exhibitors, Hosted Buyers are invited to attend the professional education programme and networking events
