S.T.A.Y. by French Chef Yannick Alléno opened its doors in Asia at Shangri-La Hotel, Beijing. S.T.A.Y. means "Simple Table Alléno Yannick". Aims to provide diners with a consummate dining experience through the reinterpretation of traditions and the exploration of French cuisine in a fun and interactive setting. Walking towards the Pastry Library, diners are transported into a French patisserie, where handcrafted pastries and desserts are stunningly displayed on shelves and glass cases
