At CIBTM

Sponsorship at CIBTM covers a range of areas and opportunities - allowing you to choose the best way to promote your presence at the show and reach your target audience. All sponsors will be recognised in pre-show promotion and at the show.

 Opportunities include:

  Registration Areas

• Your branding in the registration areas for trade visitors, Hosted Buyers and exhibitors.

  Lanyards

• Company logo printed on over 4,000 neck cords produced to hold the entry badges for all attendees.

  Welcome Bags

• Over 4,000 high quality welcome bags distributed on-site to all buyers, visitors and press, with logo and branding on one side of the bag.
• Opportunity to include one piece of promotional literature in each bag

  'You are Here' boards

• Company name, logo and stand highlighted on main boards, placed in busy locations to guide visitors around the event

  On-Site Banners

• Display banners inside the exhibition hall or in targeted areas such as the suites used for buyer seminars.

  Official Shuttle Buses

• Sponsor the Official CIBTM fleet of coaches transferring attendees between CIBTM, the official hotels and the airport, with branding on each coach and display of literature on board

  Internet Café 

• Located centrally on the event floor, internet access is available for all visitors and exhibitors. This areas will be branded on interior and directional signage.
• Option to provide branded mouse mats and screensavers and display literature

  Hosted Buyer Area Sponsorship  

  Exclusive sponsorship of the on-site Hosted Buyer Lounge is available, and includes:

• A self manned mini stand in the lounge
• Display of signage and literature
• Insert in Hosted Buyer carrier bags
• Refreshments provided on sponsor's behalf
• Pre-event and on-site sponsor recognition
• The opportunity to personalise the lounge (at own cost)
