Meeting Hosted Buyers

CIBTM's unique and award winning Hosted Buyer Programme provides exhibitors with a guaranteed pool of quality business prospects.

Using a time and business efficient matching service, exhibitors can access buyers through pre-scheduled one-to-one appointments, a series of networking opportunities, and knowledge exchange via the Professional Education Programme.  

Attendees on the Hosted Buyer Programme meet strict qualifying criteria such as level of purchasing authority, annual budget, number of events held annually and business conducted internationally, and commit to attend at least eight appointments per day with exhibitors that they have a true interest in placing business with.

Each exhibiting company will have access to a personal diary of appointments approximately two weeks before CIBTM 2010 opens. The diary will list all pre-scheduled appointments and details of each buyer who has requested the appointment.

Exhibitors are advised to prepare for each appointment before CIBTM takes place to ensure that they meet the buyers needs.
